Classic Non-Stick Fry Pan, 30 cm

I see a lot of people complaining about this product. I like it and it works for me!

I just exchanged this pan for the 3rd time in a year and a half at Canadian Tire. I bought this and a smaller Ninja frying pan at the same time and I’m still using the Ninja while on my fourth Paderno. The non stick coating consistently deteriorates and flakes off. I do not recommend this pan or maybe this line of pans.

I bought several months ago. it is always non-stick. A bit heavy but worth buying.

I always followed the instructions as I always do for my cookwares, but still nonstick has been ruined. When I claim warranty, the said it was over heated. Something that as my habits of cooking never do.
Anyways, it seems warrants is just a way for their advertising not real.
Unfortunately

Have two pans, both are not what the company claims. They told me I mis-treated my pans, which is very far from the truth. Never use high heat and only clean when cool with Dawn soap. I tried to compromise with the company and have them warranty at least just one pan, they said no.

If you are buying because you hope this company stands by their warranty, think again.

I was very kind and pleasant in the emails but they were always telling me no. They absolutely should be warranting my pans, but their customer support is terrible. Stay away from these guys.
